1. Rooms were good but hot water was not working.n2. Coffee kettle was there, but no coffee or tea sachets for making coffe / tea.n3. Poor room service.n4. Since our room was far away from reception, there was no option for connectivity. ( No network at all... Except JIO)n5. It was room for 2, but towel / toiletries etc were there for only 1.n6. Food quality was goodn7.Drinking water was not provided at room.

Stayed at Purayil Resort, Kakkadampoyil and had a really pleasant experience. The resort has a beautiful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The surroundings are well maintained and give a calm, refreshing vibe.nnThe breakfast was very good and satisfying, with tasty options to start the day. Overall, a great place to unwind for a short getaway. Would definitely recommend!

very hospital staff; clean, premium yet homely stay. good breakfast. lot of area to explore. if anything that can be better would be if they could provide evening snacks

They have great customer interaction and services. Sinan, one of their staff was very kind and supportive to us. We had enjoyed every bit of time here. Good ambience, great service, great management.
