⭐ Overall Rating: 2/5nnWe booked this resort for a group accommodation of around 30 people, but the overall experience was disappointing.nn🍴 Food – GoodnThe food was one of the few highlights of our stay. It was tasty and well-prepared, and the service in this aspect met expectations.nn🏊 Pool – GoodnThe swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, giving us some relaxation time as a group.nn🧹 Cleanliness – 1/5nUnfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. Rooms and common areas were poorly maintained, with visible dust, dirt, and lack of hygiene.nn🏚 Maintenance – PoornThe property clearly suffers from neglect. Facilities are outdated, and proper upkeep is missing. This really affected the comfort and overall ambience of the place.nn✅ Pros:n•tGood food.n•tPool was clean and enjoyable.nn❌ Cons:n•tExtremely poor cleanliness.n•tLack of maintenance across the property.n•tNot suitable for large group stays if comfort and hygiene are priorities.nn⸻nn👉 Final Verdict: Apart from the food and pool, there was little to enjoy here. The resort needs serious attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance to offer a proper guest experience.

1. Except for the two rooms in the main building, the rooms are pathetic. The rooms doesn't even have a ceiling fan. No attached bathrooms for some of the rooms. No proper ventilation for rooms.n2. No hot water in the bathroom.n3. There are absolutely no amenities in the property. A couple of swings is all that they have.n4. The swimming pool is very small.n5. No room service.. no soaps, no toothpaste, no washed bed sheets n covers, no nothing.nnPositive things - the caretaker who manages the kitchen is friendly and he tries to give the best that is possible. He was very cooperative.nnThe facility and the buildings are basically pathetic, to say the least.

The room i got was leaking through rooftop. We were walking in wet floor and one bed was completely soaked in water. Got puttu kadala curry and boiled egg as breakfast which was delicious and healthy. Night we got ghee rice and chicken curry rice was cooked perfectly but the curry was edible but not that good. Evening we got tea and snacks where snack was pazhampori which was so small we weren't actually satisfied. The pool is small but the music system makes for it. Plenty of washrooms and all of them were neat and clean. Couldn't enjoy swings because of heavy rain and there was a slide but when you slide on it you will get hurt because theres no sand underneath to cushion your bums. There's two bird cages which were empty wish they had birds to make melodious music to make the surrounding even livelier. Point to be noted, your trip will be memorable with the right gang ❤️. Hope the authorities sees this and take necessary actions cus it's a wonderful resort overall and i may visit again if they makeup for it. 👍🏻

Rooms are the highlight having a beach view. Enjoyed sunset with family. Ameneties are premium also rooms.nnStaff are well behaved and food are 3 star quality.nnSwimming pool, carroms, cricket,ntable tennis bicycles are available.

I would like to say somethingnConsider below suggessionsn* keep bathrooms maintain neat &clean ( its not hygienic)n*poor maitanance room and structuren*Food its good as we agreed they provide us.n*its good service from staff and well mannered. They are ready to provide what we asked.. Over all its good services.
