It was a very nice resort, with A-shaped huts, and it was a great place for our family to visit, offering good privacy without any disturbances from others. The highlight was definitely the natural mountain view from the front, and we could even see fog covering it. There was a pool for both kids and adults to enjoy, a park for children to play, and grilling facilities. It was a wonderful experience, and we made many good memories. Thank you love dale resort

Our stay at Lovedale Resort was extremely disappointing and far below what was promised during booking. We were informed that the property was an AC private stay suitable for around 10 people per hut, but in reality only one very small bedroom had AC while other areas lacked proper ventilation, fans, and cooling facilities.nnThe upstairs area was heavily infested with insects and bugs, making it impossible to stay there. As a result, all 7 guests had to stay together in a cramped hall space near the bathroom.nnOther issues included:nn* Unclean swimming pool with insectsn* Poor hygiene in washrooms and kitchenn* Persistent foul smell throughout the stayn* Non-functioning flush and water faucetn* Slippery and unsafe washroom floorn* No working fan in one hut hall arean* No lights or WiFi available from around 9:30 PM onwardsn* Guests were asked to wash their own plates and clean the kitchen despite paying for the staynnWhen complaints were raised, immediate solutions were not provided. Overall, the facilities were unsafe, unhygienic, and very different from what was advertised. We hope management improves maintenance, cleanliness, and transparency for future guests.

We came here with lot of expectations seeing the photos and videos provided by the agent and the resort. Unfortunately, the stay was really bad. The pool was unclear with lots of bugs and insects. There was 20 number of guests with only two bedrooms. The agent said one cottage can accommodate 10 guests. In reality there’s only two rooms with AC attached. There’s a bed space at the top with no fan or ventilation. Moreover, the amount of bugs and insects inside the cottage was insane. There were children among us. How can they expect them to remain calm.nIn total it was a very unpleasant stay. Really bad.nThis attached photo is from inside the room

Our family trip was here and this resort absolutely great.we loved it . The view,the pool and the rooms all property was good. The staff and their services were nice.

I stayed at this resort recently and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. The bathroom had no hot water, making it very uncomfortable. The ceiling fan was covered in dust, and the curtains were old and unclean. These are basic hygiene and comfort standards that any guest should be able to expect. Unfortunately, the property did not meet them. I would not recommend this resort unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness and maintenance.
