This homestay is excellent, what a view in morning, besides a river cloudy mountain with calm noiseless place. Service was excellent, caretaker was so flexible and calm. Rooms were very clean and hot water is available, full family was happy in stay, small hotel is also there in front , can park freely car without any worry. Best place to stay in nilambur.

San Unik exceeded our expectations.The river view from the balcony was mesmerizing. There was ample parking space and the facilities and space offered in the room was way more than what we could get there and it was more than enough for us.nThe calm surroundings allowed us to relax completely. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the proximity to town made it convenient. Highly recommend this peaceful haven!”

A nice stay you can choose if you are traveling with your family or friends. Rooms were neet and tidy. Easy to spot. And have a good view on the back side .

I booked this place for one night trusting the Google reviews and rating. My experience was really bad. The rooms were dusty and looked liked it haven't been cleaned in while. The sheets were stained and smelly. We had to get the pillow covers changed.nI booked an AC deluxe room for 4 people and the extra beds they have provided were of the lowest quality. Practically a 2cm think sponge slab which you can buy at market for 300rs.nThe electricity kept going on and off and there was no power for atleast 3 hours. The staff at the counter was not friendly at all and spoiled our mood right at the beginning by quoting a room rate which was more than what was booked.nOnly good thing was the service guy who attends the phone here. He was very polite and helpful.nWon't recommend at all.

Apart from geysers which could have been provided, I found the place basic but good value for money. Great location with river view from behind the room. There is a great cafe that supplies delicious food just outside the place
