My stay at The Pinnacle Inn Resort was overall a good experience. The service provided by the staff was very good — they were polite, supportive, and responsive throughout the stay. The atmosphere of the resort was calm and relaxing.nThe room was average in terms of comfort and maintenance, but it was manageable for a short stay. Facilities like the park and game activities were also average and could be improved with better maintenance and more options for guests.nOverall, the resort offers a peaceful stay with good customer service, and it can be a nice option for families or weekend trips if you are looking for a calm environment.

I would not recommend this resort, especially for elderly guests and women. The rooms were very dirty, and the service did not meet acceptable standards. Facilities were very limited, and the overall experience was not worth the price paid. Significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

We went there as group of different families booked a 4bhk pool villa. It was not at all cleaned they failed to mention there were no AC in any rooms.The fans were also broken.They did not provide us with any toiletries.The private pool was filthy and not clean.Though they picked us on jeeps to see the glass bridge and infinity pool the driver was repeating he was not the driver and he had no obligation to take us. The staff would also be unavailable after 6pm and no one would be there at reception in case of emergency.the overall stay felt not worth the money.

Our stay at Pinnacle Resort was disappointing. Room cleanliness and hygiene were poor, with unpleasant odor and linens that didn’t feel fresh. Worst Service Experience EvernI had high expectations for this resort, but my experience was quite disappointing. The service was extremely poor — staff seemed untrained and uninterested in helping guests.For the amount charged, I expected a comfortable and pleasant stay, but it turned out to be frustrating and inconvenient. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
